Your first step is to book your 15-minute anti-aging phone call consultation with one of our OBF Expert coaches.

We’ll briefly review your goals, injury history, and schedule. Then, we’ll answer questions about how our program works, and decide next steps together.

If it’s a fit, we’ll book your 60-minute comprehensive initial assessment, which includes a body composition analysis, structural balance assessment, and health, nutrition, and lifestyle review. We’ll map out your first 12 weeks together, paving the way for your transformation.

I have old injuries. Can I still do this?

Absolutely. We specialize in working with 40+ clients who have previous injuries (ie. knee, back, shoulders, etc.). We’ll screen you for imbalances and injury history first, then adjust exercises as needed.

How many times per week do I need to train?

Most of our anti-aging clients train 2–3 times per week. We’ll recommend a schedule that best supports your life and goals.

Do I need to be in shape before I start?

Not at all. Our job is to coach you from where you are right now, and guide you to where you want to be.

Will I have to follow a strict diet?

No. We focus on small, simple nutrition changes that support general health and improve your progress without cutting out the foods you love most.
