If it’s a fit, we’ll book your 60-minute comprehensive initial assessment, which includes a body composition analysis, structural balance assessment, and health, nutrition, and lifestyle review. We’ll map out your first 12 weeks together, paving the way for your transformation.

Frequently Asked Questions

I have past injuries. Can I still do this?

Absolutely. We’ve worked with hundreds of clients who have had previous injuries. We’ll screen you for imbalances and injury history first, then adjust exercises as needed.

How many times per week do I need to train?

Most of our anti-aging clients train 2–3 times per week. We’ll recommend a schedule that best supports your life and goals.

Do I need to be in shape before I start?

Not at all. Our job is to coach you from where you are right now, and guide you to where you want to be.

Will I have to follow a strict diet?

No. We focus on small, simple nutrition changes that support general health and improve your progress without cutting out the foods you love most. 

What happens after the phone consultation?

If you’re a good fit and want to move forward, we’ll walk you through program options and book your in-person comprehensive health and fitness assessment.
