The full suite of services and dedication offered at OBF is rare to find in Toronto these days. Our trainer Esraa was amazing and kept us focussed on training. When she says you can lift heavier, you best believe it! She holds you accountable and treats you like family. OBF also offered us a nutritionist in our semi private personal training package through Christine. Christine is fantastic as well with direct, clear and concise feedback. CANCELLATION POLICY

When we sit down with you in one of our free fitness consultations, we track the time it will take for you to hit your goals. We then ask you to make that time a commitment to us. For example, if it will take 30 weeks to hit your goal, then we get you to commit to OBF for that time. No long-term contracts, no exorbitant start-up costs to get training, just a commitment to hit your goal in that time frame.
