Jonathan Wiseman
Founder | Strength & Longevity Coach
After more than 19+ years of coaching and over 34,000 coaching sessions, Jonathan has dedicated his career to helping busy adults transform their health through intelligent strength training.
His coaching philosophy has been shaped by years of advanced education in biomechanics, structural balance, body composition, nutrition, and functional movement, along with thousands of hours coaching real people with real-life challenges.
But Jonathan’s greatest education didn’t come from certifications.
It came from his own transformation.
After losing more than 100 pounds, he experienced firsthand what it takes to create lasting change—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally.
That experience continues to shape the way OBF coaches today.
The goal has never been perfection.
