Transitioning from a Bachelor's degree in Law to the world of fitness, my journey is one of passion and purpose. From my early days in sports, including football school in Sweden and conquering three full marathons in Norway during my early 20s, I've always been drawn to the transformative power of physical activity.
Driven by a deep love for lifting weights and helping others change their lives, I've obtained certifications as a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist, alongside PICP Level 1 & 2 qualifications. With 5 years of hands-on experience, and also currently training for my very first wellness physique competition, I'm dedicated to guiding individuals towards healthier lifestyles and achieving their fitness goals.

Mentored by Charles Poliquin for a decade, Jonathan specializes in hypertrophy and fat loss strategies, earning recognition for transforming clients' lives with dramatic body composition changes.
With a focus on empowering others, Jonathan has coached athletes to excel in various fitness competitions, emphasizing strength training, functional training, program design, and nutrition. His philosophy centers on mastering technique and form, ensuring clients understand fundamentals deeply.
