We’ll review your goals, training history, and schedule. If we still have availability, we’ll lock in your initial assessment to get started right away.
Many of our clients have pre-existing injuries or imbalances. We start with our initial assessment to identify imbalances. From there, we customize your program and adjust every exercise so it’s safe for your body right now.
Most of our clients lead busy lives, balancing work, kids, travel, and other commitments. Our 28-day challenge clients train 2–4 times per week. We’ll recommend a schedule that best supports your life and goals.
You don’t need to be “in good shape” to get started. Our job is to coach you from where you are right now, and guide you to where you want to be.
We don’t promote strict diets. Instead, we focus on small, simple nutrition changes that align with your goals, support general health, and improve your progress without cutting out the foods you love most.
We start with an initial phone call consultation to ensure you’re a good fit. From there, we’ll book your in-person comprehensive health and fitness assessment right away. From there, we’ll map out your 28-day challenge and get started.
