Kenzie Osborne has coached 100+ clients from 8+ countries as a Natural Nutrition Clinical Practitioner, trained culinary professional, and HCA-Registered Health Coach. She is currently the Community Relations Lead at OBF Gyms, meeting with health & wellness experts across the GTA to improve the wellbeing of our community. Kenzie is completing her MSc in Sports & Exercise Nutrition with a focus on optimizing nutrition intake for active women.

Kelly Carter is the Co-Founder and Chief Success Officer of RenewRx, a maternal health company combining technology and personalized coaching to improve outcomes for high-risk pregnancies. With a background in nutrition, coaching, and business development, she has led the design and scaling of RenewRx’s clinical programs, operations, and strategic partnerships. Kelly brings deep expertise in digital health, behavior change, and care management, with a focus on equity and access. She is also a speaker and thought leader on innovation in women’s health and Food as Medicine.

Annie Gaudreault is a certified holistic nutritionist, menopause coach, and healthy aging expert who helps high-performing women thrive through midlife with energy, strength, and clarity. A 13-time marathoner and 3-time Ironman finisher, Annie brings the discipline and resilience of an endurance athlete to her science-backed coaching approach. She empowers women to master their nutrition, hormones, and mindset so they can lead with vitality through perimenopause and beyond. Annie is also a sought-after speaker known for her dynamic, no-fluff take on women’s health and aging.

Kristine’s journey started on the national stage as an elite athlete, and then it shifted to the precision world of engineering. While there, she felt stuck by the question, “Why can’t I get the answers I need about my money?”. She became determined to find those answers. From the intensity of the trading floor through the depths of a stock analyst’s desk, to investing professionally she immersed herself in the financial industry. Now, she’s turning that expertise into a mission - helping women finally understand money the way she wished she could have learned years ago.

Jonathan Wiseman brings over 17 years of personal training experience, holding prestigious certifications including PICP Level 1 and 2, BioSignature Level 1, FST, and PIMST. Mentored by Charles Poliquin for a decade, Jonathan specializes in hypertrophy and fat loss strategies, earning recognition for transforming clients' lives with dramatic body composition changes. With a focus on empowering others, Jonathan has coached athletes to excel in various fitness competitions, emphasizing strength training, functional training, program design, and nutrition. His philosophy centers on mastering technique and form, ensuring clients understand fundamentals deeply. Jonathan's ultimate goal is to equip his clients with knowledge surpassing that of 99% of trainers, fostering long-term success and empowerment in their fitness journeys.
