Here’s a simple Fiber Rotation protocol that we like to use with our clients when the goal is to drastically reduce fat from the lower body.

Week 1:
Day 1: Psyllium Husk Fiber 1tsp in the AM and PM with water. Day 2: Flaxseed Powder 1tsp in the AM and PM.

Week 2:
Day 1: Psyllium Husk Fiber 2tsp in the AM and PM with water. Day 2: Flaxseed Powder 2tsp in the AM and PM.

Week 3:
Day 1: Psyllium Husk Fiber 1tbsp in the AM and PM with water. Day 2: Flaxseed Powder 1tbsp in the AM and PM.

Then switch Fiber types.
